Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SocialGS (the "Service"). The Service is operated and sold by Yonatan Larden, a sole proprietor trading as "SocialGS" ("we", "us"), the seller of record of the Service. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Our order process is conducted by Stripe. For orders processed under Stripe's managed payments service, Stripe Payments Company acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing, payment, tax and payment-related customer-service inquiries, including refunds and chargebacks. Charges may appear on your statement as "LINK.COM* SocialGS". Product support remains with us.

1. The Service

SocialGS analyzes publicly visible information from social media profiles you submit and produces recommendations. The output is informational and does not guarantee any specific growth or business result.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit profiles you do not have a legitimate reason to audit.
• Do not use the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the Service, or overload our infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform.

4. Free plan and paid plans

The free plan includes one audit per account. Paid plans provide additional features and are billed according to the plan you select; every account (free or paid) is limited to one scan per 24 hours. The one-time Growth Plan includes on-demand agent chat and instant "Ask Before You Post" reviews for 30 days from the date of purchase; after that window those features lock and require an upgrade to Growth Coach, while the rest of your purchased report and plan remains accessible. A Growth Coach subscription includes unlimited on-demand agent chat and unlimited ongoing post reviews for as long as the subscription is active. 5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.

6. Our content

The Service, including its recommendations, UI, code and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for its intended purpose.

7. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other platform. We only observe publicly visible content, and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of those platforms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 50.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access — with notice where practicable — if you violate these Terms or acceptable-use rules, if your payment fails or is reversed, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
